Carolyn is a skilled practitioner that has broadened the scope of the practice. She is a skilled litigator with a passion for Human Rights, gender issues and commercial law. She is self-driving and shown good instincts and judgement in the execution of her mandate.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with Honours) from Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development Centre.
She is a member of both the Uganda and East African Law Societies.
