Noel is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and an associate at Greystone Advocates. He is great at research and litigation and pays attention to detail. He is passionate about his work and knowledgeable with the law. He has also demonstrated good judgment and compassion in serving clients.
Noel holds a Bachelors of Laws (with Hons) from Makerere University Kampala and a Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with from the Law Development Centre.
