Winifred has a specific interest in commercial law, debt recovery, real estate and conveyancing as well as dispute resolution.

She has advised on appropriate corporate governance Strategies and supported organizational structure changes. She has also worked on a number of assignments highlighting her expertise and skills particularly perfection of securities and coveyancing in line with the best practice and with due deligence.

She also has a wide experience in matters of incorporation of companies and all aspects related thereto.

Winifred holds a bachelors degree from Makerere University, a post graduate diploma in legal practice from The Law Development Centre and is a practicing advocate.
